Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The following is prohibited in the apartment:
- Organizing noisy events: parties, celebrations, etc.
- Disturbing neighbors with loud sounds, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Law on Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Karelia dated May 15, 2008 N 1191-ZRK). Fine - from RUB 2,000.00 to RUB 20,000.00.
- Staying in the apartment of persons not declared during booking.
- Staying of animals.
In case of violation of the rules of residence (unspecified number of people, noise, fights, complaints from neighbors, etc.), eviction occurs immediately, regardless of the time of day, the payment for the reservation is not refunded.
A deposit is charged upon check-in, which is returned on the day of departure after checking the apartment, if there is no damage and the rules of residence are not violated.
Smoking cigarettes, vapes, etc. is allowed only on the balcony. If there is a foreign smell in the apartment, the deposit is not refundable.
Passports of all guests are required for check-in. Confidentiality is guaranteed.
Check-in from 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM. Late check-in from 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) is subject to additional discussion.
Check-out before 12:00 PM. Late check-out is possible if the apartment is not booked by another guest, for an additional fee.
In case of early check-out, funds for the remaining days are not refunded.
