Description of the guest house
Location
The guest house "Dream Cottage" is located in Prudki. A few kilometers from the guest house, in the village of Volodarskogo, there are grocery stores and cafes. Also nearby are the National Horse Park "Rus", the ski slope of Gai Severin, an airport with private jets in Nizhnee Myachikovo, the Orlovsky club and the Dyukk brewery.

The house with an area of 240 sq. m has a warm veranda and a covered barbecue area with an equipped recreation area for a large company.
Guests can have breakfast on the veranda with panoramic windows, spend time in the fresh air, walk in the forest, barbecue, take a steam bath in the sauna, relax in the jacuzzi, sing karaoke, watch movies or play board games. During the warm season, the swimming pool is open.
For convenience, clean sets of bed linen, towels for each guest, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo are provided. The house has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, gas stove, Smart TV, kettle, dishes and cutlery, including glasses, pots and pans, as well as board games, Wi-Fi, karaoke, barbecue, skewers and a grill.
There is a closed parking for 4 cars on the site, additional parking is available next to the house.
The house uses artesian water with additional filtration, an autonomous sewage system, main electricity with a backup generator, main gas and automatic heated floors.
For security and control purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in public places on the territory.

On the second floor there are 2 double beds, 4 single beds and 2 additional single Euro folding beds; on the first floor there is a double bed and a double sofa.

Weekdays (Sunday 15:00 — Friday 11:00) — RUB 12000.00 per day, includes 6 people.
Weekends (Friday 15:00 — Sunday 11:00) — RUB 18000.00 per day, includes 6 people.
Additional payments:
For an additional guest — RUB 1800.00 per day, payment for the entire stay.

Smoking, including hookahs and vapes, is prohibited in the house.
It is prohibited to light candles and sparklers.
Noisy street events are prohibited from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Noisy parties are allowed only inside the house.
Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
Walking around the house in street shoes is prohibited.
The following are prohibited: fighting, drug use, holding intimate events, and stag parties.
