The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. The hotel has 2 buildings: the Eden 3* hotel building and the Eden hostel building, the facilities have different entrances and different reception desks. The hostel has a four-bed economy class room. The remaining rooms are located in the hotel. The hostel does not have its own kettle and TV; they are available in the shared kitchen.
The cost of an additional guest is RUB 1300.00, the price includes bed and breakfast.
According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). |

The hotel room was quiet and clean, warm, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had an instant coffee packs and variety of teas and a kettle, china and silverware. The cafe room was sparkling clean. The location is convenient - not far from the railway and bus stations.
What was bad
I wish they had an elevator and also offer something hot for breakfast like oatmeal or an omelette.
