The guest house is a modern one-story wooden cottage with a terrace, located on a large landscaped area of 12,000 sq.m. The territory is decorated in a landscape gardening style.

The apartments are suitable for couples, families and solo travelers. Free Wi-Fi is available. For guests traveling by car, free parking is provided in a fenced area. Transfer is provided free of charge: Pushkinskiye Gory bus station – guest house. Guests have at their disposal a Russian bath, exercise equipment, a playground with a slide and a trampoline, a gazebo, a pond, barbecue areas. Staff can conduct a tour of the Pushkin Mountains.

The guest house has 4 deluxe studios with a kitchen. All rooms are hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. Room with an area of 41 sq.m. designed to receive up to three guests: two main places and one additional. Beds: large double bed and sofa bed.

Exit from the rooms directly to the terrace. At the entrance to the room there are swings and a table for outdoor recreation. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, modern furniture, household appliances and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The room has a combined bathroom with a shower. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The zoning of the studio is optimal: there are zones for sleeping, resting and eating. The rooms are soundproofed.
