Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. From January 12, 2026 to February 28, 2026, noisy work may be carried out on the hotel premises between 11:00 AM and 06:00 PM. Also, from 28.01.2026 to 12.02.2026 inclusive, the spa area with a swimming pool and hammam will be closed for maintenance.
