On arrival, we had to wait one hour till they could find our reservation, had to pay 1000 rubles deposit as a "security" , Our room was # 16/2, it had a new door, new paint inside the room, mouldy smell in the bathroom, poorly designed shower, water goes everywhere it shouldn't, lack of toilet paper, and not brought in when requested.Toilet seat broken. Beds- too soft, pillows also too soft, got a very sore back lying here 3 nights, dirty rugs @ the bed, old towels.., long corridors like a nuclear bomb shelter to the spa, saw dog poop on the tiles,!!  Main Spa is usually full of people during the day, less after 9pm, and seems to have Chlorine added to the water, if it even is Mineral water? Saunas - 2 don't work properly,the Aromatic sauna smells like dead fish, Turkish sauna is warm, not hot, the Russian one is hot, small and has nails protruding on the benches which burned my girlfriends back in 4 places, mine in 2..Spa closes at 11pm, too early. and opens at 09.00, too late.  Food in the restaurant is like in a canteen, not so good. They will charge you for any extra soft-drinks or yoghurt you take. Rude staff, average massage- felt like my back was being sanded down like a piece of wood. Not much parking. In general, rude greedy Russians work here , stole 400 rubles off me on checkout , claimed a bathmat was "misssing" from the room.Only got 600 rubles back from my 1000 ryb deposit. IDIOTS. Not recommended, DO NOT COME HERE .
