Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For guests on business trips of 3 days or more, the flat can provide business trip accounting documents — an act, an electronic receipt and an agreement.
In case of check-in later than 09:00 PM, it is necessary to guarantee it by paying for the first day of stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an extra charge if the requested period is not occupied.
A deposit is required which will be returned to the guest on the day of departure after cleaning and checking the security of the property before 08:00 PM.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. If this rule is violated, the deposit will not be refunded. It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or to make loud noise.
Accommodation of adult guests is subject to the presentation of identity documents at the time of signing the contract.
