The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Children policy: Children 0-4 years old stay free of charge with a baby cot. For guests staying at the hotel, from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, there is a permanent 50% discount on services for visiting the Mon Plaisir SPA complex.
Check-in of guests is carried out only upon presentation of the original documents of each guest. Accepted documents are: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a passport of a citizen of the USSR, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate — for a person under 14 years old, a passport of a foreign citizen, or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen, a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person, a temporary residence permit for a stateless person, residence permit of a stateless person.
The hotel considers pets: cats and dogs, part of the family, which is why its doors are open to four-legged pets.
Accommodation with a pet up to 50 cm high at the withers is RUB 1000.00, including 20% VAT. A fee is charged for each pet, regardless of the length of stay. Pets over 50 cm high at the withers are not allowed.
The owner must present a veterinary passport or veterinary certificate for the animal.
Laundry services are provided free of charge. Ironing rooms with 24-hour access are located on each floor of the hotel (use is free). |
