What was good

very kind manager that was solution oriented and fixed her subordinates mistake. there's many grocery stores in the area. they gave me a tea cup for the hot water in the hallway to make tea. cleaners cleaned every day, resupplied shampoo. manager let me sit in the restaurant for several hours while I waited for my train.

What was bad

hotel is one floor above a night club. Friday and Saturday were horrific to say the least. I'm quite tolerant but having sonic bass vibrate my bones is not what I signed up for and there's no indication in the listing this is the case. beware. Sunday night was fine and quiet. the initial receptionist didn't understand what registration was and made me cry from a panic attack over it, as it's legally required for foreigners. she had no empathy and told me to ask ostrovok, which is incorrect. finally she called the manager over and stated the issue which the manager immediately resolved and said yes it was possible. if I had known a nightclub was beneath, I would not have stayed. also the artwork in the hotel is scandalous and inappropriate for a hotel.
