very kind manager that was solution oriented and fixed her subordinates mistake. there's many grocery stores in the area. they gave me a tea cup for the hot water in the hallway to make tea. cleaners cleaned every day, resupplied shampoo. manager let me sit in the restaurant for several hours while I waited for my train.
