Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The reception is not open around the clock, in case of arrival after 04:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive instructions for check-in. Check-in after 04:00 PM is carried out through the Topaz-Cola Hotel.
The hotel currently does not have a permanent reception, so guests have to call 2 hours before arrival at the hotel to arrange the check-in time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. |
