The hotel is perfectly located in between the ski lifts, clubs and après-ski bars. The staff is generally nice, just not really able to speak english. Google translate helps. We didn't feel too comfortable in the restaurant, since loud inappropriate music constantly plays. Also, the - and we've experienced that in many places in Russia - the staff isn't overly helpful, nor do they display much joy while working.
