Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 14 years old traveling with parents must have a birth certificate or a notarized authorization for the accompanying adult if the child is traveling without parents. Children aged 14 and older traveling without legal guardians must have an identity document and a notarized consent from their legal guardians, or from one of them.
Foreign citizens must present a passport, a valid migration card, and a valid visa.
During the 2026 ski season, guests are provided with a complimentary shuttle to the Rosa Khutor resort once a day, every day.
Standard rooms are located in typical buildings. All other room categories are located in the main building.
Staying with pets is only allowed in the Standard without balcony” room category. Dogs, except fighting breeds, cats, rodents, and birds weighing up to 10 kg are allowed.
From March 16, 2026 to April 5, 2026 inclusive, the “SPA Complex BR” aquathermal center will be closed. However, the fitness center, hairdressing and massage rooms will continue to operate as usual.
From May 18, 2026 to May 31, 2026 inclusive, and from November 9, 2026 to December 6, 2026 inclusive, the Breeze pool complex will be closed.
From December 7, 2026 to December 20, 2026 inclusive, the SPA Complex BR aquathermal center will be closed. The fitness center, hairdressing and massage rooms will remain open during this period.
