Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment of 30% of the booking cost is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in the case when a guest cancels the reservation less than 72 hours before arrival.
The cottage is divided into two parts: the right and the left-wing. When booking a cottage, guests have half of the house at their disposal.
If arriving after 21:00, you must contact the hotel in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
In case the reservation was made for rooms in the building Fluger Shkola or in the building Usadba, the guest will be charged a refundable deposit of RUB 3000.00.
In case the guest has made a reservation in the main house or in the Gostevaya Malva building, the refundable deposit will be RUB 5000.00.
There are no double beds in the rooms that are located in the Usadba or Fluger Shkola. Guests are offered only single beds pushed together without a topper.
