The house is completely surrounded by a nature reserve on all sides. Living in a guest house, guests will be able to visit and explore all the features of the famous and popular tourist destination - the Nikola-Lenivets park.
In guest house
The house has everything for a quiet holiday: two bathrooms on the first and second floors, a boiler with hot water, a shower room, two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed on the first and second floors. The accommodation is comfortable for six people, with a maximum of eight people. A baby cot is provided.

You can only get there by car. You can also take a taxi from Kondrovo.
1. From Moscow, along the Kaluga highway, get to the Kaluga-Kondrovo junction. Turn right onto Kondrovo.
2. From Moscow, get to the city of Medyn. In Medyn, at the first traffic light, turn left to Kondrovo.
Pass through Kondrovo, Dubinino, Galkino, Ostrozhnoe. At the crossroads in Ostrozhny, turn left following the sign "Nikola-Lenivets". Get to «Nikola-Lenivets» and turn right, pass all «Nikola-Lenivets». Further along the country road to the village of Smagino. There is a blue stop on the right, turn right, drive 400 m and turn left, then along the dirt road after 800 meters there will be a guest house. |
