Location, rooms, cleanliness, polite staff, especially friendly Ivan in Ikra restaurant, the view on the 15th floor, sauna.
What was bad
Room service does not exist (called 4 times to request an ice bucket and 2 wine glasses to be delivered to the room but never got it) , sauna was closed in the morning, breakfast serving area was small and crowded and the food was cold.
Was very off putting when hostess in Ikra restaurant without proper welcoming said there
