At the cottage

The house is 450 sq.m. located in the gated community "Height 1122". Panoramic glazing around the perimeter of the house opens a view of the Caucasus mountains and the Ah-Tsu gorge.

It is possible to accommodate up to 10 guests, 5 bedrooms. There is parking for 5 cars. The minimum booking period is from 3 days.

On the ground floor of the house there are: the first living room with a main fully equipped kitchen, a soft relaxation area, a finnish sauna, a shower room, a bathroom, a laundry room, underfloor heating everywhere. Air conditioners are installed throughout the house. The Internet is conducted.

From the living room there is access to the heated pool and barbecue area.

On the ground floor there is a second living room with a sofa and a large TV, a kitchenette, a bedroom (36 sq.m.) with a bathroom.

From the second living room there is an exit to a large terrace under a canopy for 8-10 people, from where there is a view of Mount Aibgu and the Ah-Tsu gorge.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (46 sq.m and 36 sq.m.) with their own bathrooms and showers. In the bedroom there is an additional sofa for the children. Balconies with mountain views are included.

In the attic there are also 2 bedrooms (32 sq.m and 33 sq.m.) with a bathroom and showers.

Gas heating is provided and underfloor heating is installed to dry the ski equipment. There is an additional generator (in case of power outage).
