Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Cleaning is not included in the price of accommodation. Before leaving, guests should clean up after themselves in the apartment, put things and objects in their places, wash the dishes, cooktop, take out the trash. There is no need to remove and make the bed.
Check-in of an additional guest is possible upon agreement with the owner, the payment amount is RUB 1000.00-1500.00 per night.
The deposit is returned within two hours after departure by bank transfer.
Personal check-in — in the morning on the day of booking, the guest is sent a detailed address indicating the entrance and apartment.
Guests can get to the address from the airport by train to the Sochi Railway Station, from the station to the house on foot or by taxi or bus. By train, to the Sochi Railway Station, by bus to the Sochi Bus Station, then on foot or by taxi. |
