Arkhitektor Apart-Hotel is a new modern apart-hotel located in the central district of Sochi, in a historical quiet part of the city surrounded by greenery. The entire infrastructure for business trips, family or individual recreation is within walking distance: a business center, grocery supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops, a walking area along the Sochi River, children's and sports grounds.

Stained-glass windows, natural travertine were used in the decoration of the building, the interior decoration of common areas is made of porcelain stoneware.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the aparthotel. Parking is provided for travelers by car. To make the trip not only pleasant, but also convenient, guests can order a transfer. Accessibility: Elevator is in operation.
