The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Russian citizens must have an original valid Russian passport upon arrival.
From 08:00 AM 21.04.2025 to 05:00 PM 26.04.2025, as part of scheduled maintenance work, hot water supply will be turned off in the boarding house. Guests vacationing during this period in the Izumrud boarding house will be given the opportunity to carry out hygiene procedures. Hydrotherapy procedures will be replaced by the attending physician according to indications with alternative ones.
Due to Avtodor State Company's ongoing construction work on the Dzhubga-Sochi highway and regular traffic restrictions in the village of Kudepsta, the Izumrud boarding house is forced to suspend its shuttle service to the Avtomobilist sanatorium beach. This measure was taken to ensure safety and avoid lengthy waits in traffic jams.
