Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is possible 24/7. Guests receive keys via a case-box and check-in is contactless.
On football days and holidays, check-in is from 03:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement. When checking in after 06:00 PM, guests must pay for the reservation in full.
The security deposit is returned by transfer to the card on the day of check-out after checking and cleaning the apartment.
