Gostevoy Dom "sredizemye"

Location

Gostevoy Dom Sredizemye is located in Sochi, in the resort village of Loo. This guest house is located 15 km from the city center. You can take a walk near the guest house. Within walking distance there is a water park, a dolphinarium, shops, a market, pharmacies, cafes, a public transport stop, and a pebble beach.

In the guest house

The guest house is suitable for a short or long-term holiday with the family. It offers: a well-groomed area with walking areas, a terrace over the river, 2 large swimming pools with sun loungers and parking.

Our price includes 3 meals a day upon pre-order. For children under 3 years old, a children's menu is available.

Table tennis has been prepared for sports lovers. The guest house can arrange transfers upon request.

The guest house staff speaks Russian.

In the room

For guests: 2 spacious isolated rooms: living room and bedroom with double bed 180x200, shower, toilet, bidet, 2-section sink, hygiene items, disposable slippers and bathrobes. In the living room there is a folding sofa, an armchair, a TV, a refrigerator, a tea station and a TV, there is enough space for luggage. Depending on the floor, the room has a balcony or terrace with upholstered furniture for evening relaxation. Each room has air conditioning and heating. The maximum capacity of the room is 2 main and 2 additional beds.
