Registration of minors under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of the minor (birth certificate of the Russian Federation) and his parents.
From January 1, 2021, children under 14 years of age can be accommodated in hotels with accompanying persons only if there is a notarized consent of legal representatives: parents, adoptive parents, guardians (one of them).

A security deposit of RUB 5000.00 per room is required for checking into a Luxury room in cash or by bank transfer. The deposit is intended to cover the cost of additional services, such as laundry services and flower ordering, as well as to compensate for possible damage to the property of the hotel. After the guest's check-out, if there are no complaints about the room and no additional services are provided, the deposit will be refunded in full. If paid services are provided, their cost is deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount is returned to the guest.
Pets with a cat or dog weighing up to 7 kg are allowed. The presence of an animal in public places is allowed only in the hands of the owner. When checking in with an animal, an additional payment of RUB 5000.00 is charged once, regardless of the length of stay. |
