Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation of its rooms, and noisy work may occur during the day.
The renovation of the spa complex will begin on July 1, 2025, with completion of the work tentatively scheduled for December 15, 2025. During the renovation period, noisy work may be carried out during the daytime.
From November 10, 2025 to a preliminary date of June 15, 2026, renovations are planned on floors 4 and 5 of the hotel. During this period, noisy work may be carried out during the daytime.
Any other identification documents other than a passport are not an official document upon check-in at the hotel.
If the name of the guests does not match at the time of booking, including the card details for payment, with the name of the visiting guests, the accommodation will not be provided to the arrivals.
Guests are kindly requested to inform them in advance of their expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in their booking confirmation.
