Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel has three buildings: "Arena" (3 stars), "Salut" (4 stars) and "Olympus" (4 stars).
The Arena building is located at a different address: Sochi, Shosseinaya Street, 26.
To check in, the following documents are required:
- certificate of lack of contact with probable patients at least 14 days before the date of departure;
- a sanatorium-resort card of the established sample no more than two months old (form 072 / y) and for children if their treatment is planned;
- passport or other identity document;
- for pensioners - a pension certificate or a certificate of the appointment of a pension;
- if available - voucher (direction or power of attorney from the organization to receive vouchers);
- compulsory medical insurance policy;
- an exchange card is required for pregnant women;
- for children - a birth certificate, an analysis for enterobiasis and a dermatologist's conclusion about the absence of infectious skin diseases.
Children are admitted to the sanatorium from any age; treatment is prescribed for children from 4 years old. |
