Hotel features
The main building of the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a three-story building of the unique Sailing Center complex with a yacht marina, next to the Central Stadium of the city and directly adjacent to the pebble beach. On the territory of the Center of Sailing there is a Finnish and Russian bath, an equipped beach, an outdoor pool. Boat trips are organized on sailing and motor vessels, jet skis.
The dormitory building is a two-story building consisting of 6 studios of various configurations, two halls and a kitchen area. The interior of the case is made in a marine theme. Each room and halls of the building are decorated with individual wall paintings.
Coffee Botik Café serves home-cooked meals prepared by experienced chefs from fresh ingredients.
