Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The swimming pool service is provided at the neighboring Pullman Sochi Center hotel.
Use of any swimming pool in the hotel is available for an additional fee.
Use of the Pullman Sochi Center Hotel's outdoor pool is included in the booking price only for guests staying in the Privilege Double Room with Balcony, Privilege Double Room with Sofa and Suite rooms.
For other room categories, access to the pool is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Only small and medium-sized dogs up to 40 cm at the withers are allowed to stay. The surcharge is RUB 1000.00 per day.
Walking pets on the hotel grounds and on the lawns is not permitted;
