The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Waiting for guests on a non-guaranteed reservation is possible at the hotel from 02:00 РМ to 12:00 AМ, after this time the hotel may put a “no-show” on the reservation.

Attic rooms of the Economy and Standard categories cannot accommodate more than two guests.
Children under 7 years old stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed. When booking, please note that without an extra bed, only one child can be accommodated per room.
Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. A deposit for the pet is required at check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the room has been inspected. Guests must have supplies to care for their pet and must not leave the pet unattended in the room.
It is allowed to stay with a pet after agreement with the hotel, for an additional fee. When staying with a pet, a deposit is provided. It is necessary to have all the means to care for your pet and not leave him alone in the room.
