Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel does not assume the risks of traveling guests. Guests must take care of insurance in a timely manner. Travel insurance covers risks associated with travel, including medical expenses, lost luggage, trip cancellation, flight delays and other unforeseen situations.
When checking into the hotel, a foreign citizen must present a passport and migration card (for visa foreigners, the passport also contains a visa).
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking, but guests can leave their car along the street for free or on the territory of the Perekrestok store for a fee.
SPA is included in the price of the following room categories: Suite, Deluxe and Junior Suite for 2 hours daily. In other categories, SPA is paid separately, with the exception of some rates. Cost RUB 1000.00 for 2 hours.
Accommodation of children from 0 to 5 years inclusive when the main beds are occupied is free of charge without providing a separate bed. A baby cot is provided upon request of the guest free of charge.
Accommodation with pets is possible only with dogs weighing up to 5 kg and with a passport for the animal. Surcharge — RUB 1000.00 per day and a deposit of RUB 5000.00. The animal cannot be left in the room unattended.
Transfer is provided for an additional fee.
