— cause any material damage to property.

For violation of the rules of accommodation, the apartments have the right to evict violators without refund of the money paid for the stay.

When leaving the apartment, guests must close the water intake taps, turn off the lights and turn off the TV.

We take care of your safety and do not welcome the presence of unauthorized persons not specified at the time of booking in our apartments.

If guests plan to check in late or check out early, they need to notify the accommodation in advance in any convenient way (phone, email). Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.

If guests leave Sochi in the summer, it is recommended to leave for Sochi Airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, as traffic jams are possible.
