Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon arrival, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee: RUB 2000.00 for a studio and RUB 3000.00 for a two-room apartment.
Also, upon arrival, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is charged. This deposit is returned on the day of departure after the general cleaning on the card to the guest. Also, the guest can wait for the cleaning to be completed and receive a cash deposit.
Accommodation with cats or dogs of large breeds is prohibited.
