At the cottage

This is an economy-class summer cottage with partial amenities. The house has a shower, hot and cold water, a toilet outside, the necessary kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a kettle, drinking water in a spring within walking distance from the house. Bed linen and towels are provided. The house has cellular communication and Wi-Fi.

Next to the house there is a barbecue arbor with barbecue facilities and a smokehouse for fish. Behind the house there is a forest with mushrooms and berries, in front of the house there is the Ladoga shore with the possibility of fishing and a wood-burning sauna (for an additional fee), as well as a private pier with a place for swimming, relaxing and boating.

Guests are provided with: organizing a transfer for an additional fee, renting a rowing or motor boat with vests, as well as sup-boards, excursions and fishing with an instructor on Ladoga on a closed boat, excursions to Valaam and the Ladoga skerries with a drone photo shoot (departure directly from the pier near the dacha) .
