Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The house is located on an island. Passage to the house via a pontoon, year-round, metal bridge. There are unpaved roads on the island. The nearest grocery stores in Sortavala are 4.5 km away.
A hot tub in both houses work from May to November.
The font is a paid additional option.
The font heats up to 32 degrees, air massage as in a Jacuzzi, underwater illumination. The water is filtered with quartz sand and an ultraviolet lamp, the chlorine and PH levels correspond to SanPiN standards.
