Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Additional beds are provided in the form of a chair-bed and a folding bed.
The apartments have independent/contactless check-in, contact is possible via instant messengers: WhatsApp or Telegram, Viber by phone number (since all instructions templates with photographs and explanations are sent through them). The administrator promptly responds during the daytime; please make calls only in emergency cases.
Check-in procedure:
Guests are required to communicate their check-in time and receive self-check-in instructions at least 1 hour prior to arrival in Sortavala.
