In the cottage

Views of the Ladoga Skerries reserve open directly from the windows of the house and a large barbecue pavilion near the water. On the extensive terrace overlooking Ladoga, there is a recreation area with a barbecue, guests can go down to their own pier and swim, there is outdoor furniture and sun loungers on the shore to sunbathe, and you can also fish.

The cottage has a bathroom, hot and cold water from its own well, a shower cabin, a stylish large kitchen equipped with everything you need, dishes for cooking and serving, a washing machine and a dishwasher, Wi-fi, a cell phone booster and more. The house has a free European layout: on the ground floor, the kitchen is combined with a living room and a bedroom, there are 2 large double sofas; on the second floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a cot for children up to 3 years old and a folding single bed.

Depending on the season, right to the pier near the house, you can order a boat with an individual program of excursions to the Ladoga skerries and Valaam with photo and video shooting by a quadrocopter, departure takes place directly from the pier of the cottage. You can go fishing on a boat with professional equipment with an instructor, with the ability to immediately smoke the catch. Guests can rent a rowing boat or a SUP board with life jackets. You can also order a real wood-fired sauna on the shore nearby at a discounted price. The bath has all the amenities, a recreation area, a barbecue gazebo.

There is free parking for 3 cars, and you can also park your boat or boat on the pier near the cottage.
