Безусловно, это обстоятельство доставило вам дискомфорт и испортило общее впечатление от вашего отдыха. Сейчас ремонт в подъезде уже завершен. Со своей стороны хотели бы отметить, что в бронировании не корректно было указано количество гостей, в связи с этим, постельных принадлежностей Вам не хватило при заезде. Мы доставили Вам все необходимое в кротчайшие сроки. Надеемся, что следующий Ваш приезд не будет омрачен подобными фактами, и Вы останетесь, удовлетворены нашим сервисом.
