Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When placing more than six people, RUB 1000.00 per guest per stay.
At a time, if the guest stays without spending the night at the hotel, the cost is RUB 500.00 for each day of stay.
Early check-in or late check-out is negotiated individually, the cost of the extension is RUB 400.00 per hour.
When booking - an advance payment of 30% of the total cost, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment is not refundable.
Reservation is credited only after making an advance payment.
Children under 5 stay free of charge if they do not occupy a separate bed.
Only dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, other animals are not allowed. Small dogs up to 10 kg are accommodated for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00. Dogs over 10 kg are allowed outside only upon agreement with the hotel at no extra cost.
In the event of a mess, a cleaning fee of RUB 4000.00 will be deducted from the deposit amount.
If the guest does not take out the garbage, the garbage collection is paid separately in the amount of RUB 1000.00.
