What was good

Nearby most of the biggest attractions of the center of St. Petersburg. Very convenient for public transport and a few steps away from Winter Palace. The room : The bed is good size, although the mattresses are a bit firm but very comfortable. I would not say the same about the pillows, could be better quality. Luck of bedside table on the one side of the bed and lucking small bedside table lumps. The shower room is a fantastic size, however, to take a safe shower was a bit of a challenge. The water temperature was hard to adjust and at times it was just extremely hot or cold! Not safe to enjoy a warm shower. Despite that all, the bathroom have spear toothbrush's and tooth paste in case you forgotten one.

What was bad

Difficult communication in the first place, then if you can manage to get WhatsApp, you have a chance to get in touch with the receptionist. the was no light in the corridor outside the flat, we asked a few times to replace the light bulb, but no one cared for a week, and I believe it is still not fixed. Please note, that the receptionists are not in charge of anything it is the administration who should be complained about.
