Description of the apartment

Location

Parson apartments are located in Metallostroy in a private house. It's a design interior in the Loft style apartments. The apartment is 10 minutes from Rybatskoe metro station.

At the apartment

Near the house there are a place for parking, children's playground in 100 meters, there are three separate arbors with a barbecue and garden furniture in a closed courtyard. There is an Italian barbecue stove in the yard. A double bed, single beds, sofa beds, washing machine, shower with hair dryer and toiletries, TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove), a set of bed linen and towels for each guest also available for guests.

Only small breeds of dogs up to 30 cm in height are allowed in the apartment (by prior arrangement). Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an extra fee. There is also a separate fee for the cleaning after the pet.
