Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In order to guarantee the reservation of the apartments, guests must make a prepayment in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay. Prepayment must be made within 1 day from the date of booking and receipt of payment/prepayment details. Next, you need to send a scan of the paid receipt or check to the hotelier by e-mail or confirm the payment by phone call. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The remaining amount of the cost of the guests pay on the day of arrival when settling in cash in rubles.
The deposit is non-refundable as the room has been discontinued and is not available for other bookings.
The hotelier reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the prepayment is not made in a timely manner.
If guests want to cancel their booking, they need to do it themselves through the website, or by notifying the hotelier.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 16:00, check-out is at 12:00.
The apartment does not have a luggage storage room. Credit cards are not accepted.
Upon check-in, guests are required to provide passport details for check-in, as well as pay a deposit. The deposit is refundable after check-out, subject to the cleanliness and safety of the property.
Guests pay for all days of stay immediately upon check-in. Refunds for early departure are not provided.
It is necessary to maintain cleanliness and public order in the apartment, wash and clean up dishes and cutlery, and take out the trash.
Between 23:00 and 09:00, guests must keep quiet (mute the TV, avoid loud conversations and laughter, slamming doors) so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Upon check-out, you must hand over the keys (electronic magnetic card) to the hotelier, a fine of RUB 5000.00 will be charged for the loss of the keys.
Guests are required to pay damages in case of loss, damage or damage to property.
If you wish to extend your stay in the apartments, please inform the hotelier at least 24 hours in advance.
Pets or small children are not allowed. Apartment is not rented to minors.

The hotelier is not responsible for the belongings of the guests left unattended.
The hotelier reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract without a refund and demand the immediate departure of the resident guest, in case of violation of the internal rules of residence, as well as accommodation with the guest of unauthorized persons not specified in the contract upon check-in. |
