What was good

- The apartment is very nice and spacious and can accommodate more than 6 people - The location is very great - There is a small balcony overlooking Nevski Street

What was bad

- The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures but it is a bit dilapidated and not new - The entrance to the building is not from the main street but from the side - The entrance to the building does not match the luxury of the apartment - The entrance to the building is dark in the evening and there is no reception or security guard. The deposit: - It is stated in the contract that an amount of 25,000 R is to be paid, which is a refundable amount upon leaving the apartment - But the property manager asked me to pay an amount of 50,000 R or $ 500 as a deposit that is refunded upon the end of the stay and leaving the apartment. - $ 500 was paid to the property manager as a refundable security deposit, which is approximately 45,000 R. - When it was time to leave the apartment, the property manager made an excuse that he was robbed or forgot his bag in the taxi!! The deposit was not returned to me on time. I was promised that the amount would be transferred to me as soon as possible. - I contact with property manager to return the deposit within 6 days (until I leave Russia and return to my country). - During this period, only 37,000 R was transferred in 3 installments (19,000+10,000+8,000) and the rest of the amount has not been returned to date despite trying to contact the property manager for almost a month.
