Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. If the guest wishes to book an apartment with a check-in on the same day, the reservation must be made before 10:00 РМ on the same day. Reservations can be processed by the administrator during business hours from 09:00 АМ to 10:00 РМ.
Check-in is done remotely, the administrator sends information on check-in after concluding an electronic contract for the rental of residential premises and making a deposit.
To conclude a rental contract, need to send a photo of a valid Russian passport.
Pets up to 7 kg are allowed only after agreement with the hotel. In this case, cleaning in the amount of RUB 3000.00 is paid separately. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
