At the apartment
Two-level apartment in the Loft style is designed for one or two guests. The apartments are equipped with a ventilation system and an additional fan for the bed, blackout curtains, antique parquet, a restored brick wall, and living plants. 4 types of towels are provided — for the body, hands and feet, and a kitchen towel. Clothes can be washed in a washing machine. Also available to guests are cleaning products — liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, disposable toothbrushes, hair dryer, iron, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, utensils for cooking and eating. Guests have access to: filtered water, several types of tea, coffee, sugar, spices, vegetable oil. Guests are provided with a sleeping place measuring 140 cm x 222 cm on the upper tier, 1 or 2 mattresses and bedding sets are prepared depending on the number of guests. For an additional fee, it is possible to accommodate children over 5 years old without providing a separate bed.
The window offers views of the Obvodny Canal, the bus station and the city.
Free parking is available on site.
By appointment and for an additional fee on weekends, it is possible to organize a 3-hour yacht trip in the Neva waters.
By agreement, guests with small pets can be accommodated.

Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Accommodation of one additional guest is possible without a separate bed, for a surcharge of RUB 500.00 per child and RUB 1000.00 per adult. Additional payment is due upon arrival. Accommodation is provided for children over 5 years old.
Pets are allowed if the pet is well-mannered. A litter box is provided for cats.
Early (before 08:00 AM) and late (after 10:00 PM) arrivals and departures are possible for an additional fee.
