It was such an amazing experience at Helen hotel. They treated us well and helped with everything we asked for. The staff were so professional and friendly. The breakfast had good variety options but it was repeated almost every day. The location was also great as we can access nevsky street really closeby and many other attractions such as tour bus and museums. The room is very clean and the best part was that the bathroom has a bidet!

Located right in the heart of the city, close to significant landmarks. A lot of dining options in close proximity.
The room was very spacious and had everything one might need. The bed was super comfy. I particularly loved big beautiful windows overlooking the quiet yard with a Christmas tree in it. So cozy and peaceful.

We were there from 1 January until 8 January, and honestly, the hotel was lovely.
When we arrived, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. There were festive lights from the bottom to the top of the building, and the entrance was also decorated. At the end of the entrance stairs, there were two Nutcrackers on both sides, plus really nice touches like Santa decorations and trees. It felt warm and welcoming right away.

The rooms are new and decorated in a modern Style. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The Hotel is located in the proximity of all touristic attractions. Finally the staff was very helpful.
What was bad
The standard room is a little bit small but it has enough space for 2 guests. Sound isolation was not perfect but we were lucky to have silent neighbours

Fresh hotel for a very good price in awesome location. Stuff is friendly and helpful. They offer a small variety of food for breakfast and taste can be improved, but these are just my high expectations.
What was bad
Towel dryer in bathroom couldn’t be turned on because there is no socket close to it, that was weird.

Everything was great only one of the staff stopped us to enter the restaurant because of no reason

One of the staff during Thé breakfast asked my wife to remove the trench coat to enter the restaurant and daily we are entering without any issue this is really too bad
