Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment can accommodate two people. A maximum of three people can stay with an extra charge.
Supplement per day for a child – RUB 500.00, for an adult – RUB 1000.00, payable upon arrival.
Upon arrival, a short-term rental agreement is concluded with payment for the entire period of stay (preferably in cash), a deposit is paid.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and by agreement with the apartment staff.
