Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. A registration fee of RUB 250.00 is charged for foreign guests.

I booked the room with a view of the park. The view is really very nice - I'm attaching a photo. The service is good, friendly and helpful. Registration was very easy for me as a European tourist who came with a visa. The lobby is really very nice and I can highly recommend hanging out there every now and then. The location is great if you want to walk in the park or be right next to the highway (don't worry, it's very quiet and there's no street
