Access to the swimming pool, saunas and gym at Fitness House Prestige (Valo Ramada building) is not included in the price. The cost of a single visit is RUB 1400.00 per guest. Admission is only available for guests over 14 years old.

For children up to 3 years of age, the breakfast buffet is free of charge.
Cleaning with a change of bed linen is carried out once every 6 days, on the 6th day of stay. Wet cleaning is carried out once every 3 days, on the 3rd day of stay. Garbage removal and replenishment of consumables are carried out daily. To replace the towels, guests need to put them on the floor.
Pets are not allowed in the Valo Business and Valo Soul buildings. Accommodation with a pet up to 5 kg is possible in the buildings of Valo Hotel City, Valo Network only with dogs or Valo Ramada upon prior request and for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per night, but not more than RUB 7000.00 per stay.
For children up to and including 3 years old, a buffet breakfast is provided free of charge.

As for the location, it is very beautiful, close to the metro station and a quiet place, I highly recommend it, been there for three night and they didn’t clear the room since I checked in.

The response of the stuff is unacceptable, and also the dialogue with the stuff finds it difficult because some stuff do not speak English

The female staff member with glasses and tied hair who worked the night shift was also exceptionally kind and helpful, and I truly appreciated her warm attitude.
What was bad
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the soundproofing wasn’t very effective, and I could hear some noise from nearby rooms. The bedding felt a little coarse and could be more comfortable.
