Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. All guests must sign a contract on arrival and take a selfie with their passport.
For stays with more than two children, the refundable deposit is increased to RUB 10000.00. Guests must contact the hotel in advance.
After booking, guests must contact the apartment manager for check-in instructions. Reservations on the day of arrival are possible until 09:00 PM: guests must contact the apartment administrator from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Contact details will be provided with the booking confirmation.
Check-in is possible 24 hours a day. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.
If booking for 1 day, there is an extra charge for cleaning. For children from 0 to 2 years it is possible to provide a cot as an extra bed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment:
— smoking, including electronic cigarettes, water pipes and mixtures;
— to break the silence from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;
— to hold parties and other mass events.
In case of violation of the rules: a fine in the amount of an insurance deposit, as well as the amount of an administrative fine and the damage caused. |
