Nice hotel, nice neighborhood, nice rooms, taxi service at the airport, the administrators told me about the city and the sights.

We tried to call her since no one was at reception even though its advertised as a 24hr reception, once again since she doesnt even understand simple words in English she cut the line again. So obviously we had no option but to leave the luggage in our room. When we went back to the hotel she was very arrogant as she told us that check out was earlier. We tried to explain and she started saying speak in Russian you are tourist and you are in Russia so speak Russian. This is totally unacceptable as on our booking it was clearly written that the host was English speaking. We understand that not everyone might be English speaking however, if you do not know a single word don't rent your hostel to tourists especially in peak seasons like this, the Fifa World Cup
