There is no elevator in the hotel. Guests can inform the check-in time, and the staff will help lift the luggage to the room.
Buffet breakfast is served from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekdays and from 08:00 AM to 11:30 AM on weekends and holidays. Set-menu dinner at the hotel's Grand Cafe - from 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM. Lunch in the format of a business lunch - from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
The hotel informs that the streets adjacent to the hotel fall into the paid parking area. During the period 08:00 АМ — 8:00 РМ the cost of parking is RUB 100.00 per hour for cars, at night after 8:00 РМ parking is free.
Registration of foreign citizens at the hotel is required: RUB 150.00 per person, paid upon check-in.
According to Government Decree No. 1853 of November 18, 2020 (p. 18), to check into a hotel with a minor and not being his legal representative, a written consent from one of the parents with a copy of the passport of this parent is required. Notarization is not required.
It is allowed to stay with one pet in the room (weighing up to 5 kg or the height of the dog no more than 50 cm at the withers) subject to payment of additional cleaning of the room RUB 2000.00 per day and upon presentation of the animal's veterinary passport. Deposit for the period of stay with an animal in the same room is RUB 5000.00, issued upon arrival. When placing with a pet, you agree to the rules of residence, which can be found by contacting the hotel.
When booking 5 or more rooms in the same confirmation, a different cancellation policy may apply and additional charges may apply.
From April 1, 2024, in St. Petersburg, a Resort Fee is established for each guest over 18 years of age, in accordance with the Law of June 29, 2023 (No. 419-81).
